At Kelev Sameach we have years of experience and have heard hundreds of questions.  Of course, we are always happy to discuss any questions or concerns that you might have but below are a lost of the most important and common questions we are regularly asked.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Sunday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Fridays 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM Overnight and weekend stays can be arranged as well.

Yes, we recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak times and holidays.

All dogs must be up to date on their Rabies vaccinations.

Please bring your dog on a leash with a properly fitted collar or harness. If they are staying for meals, you will need to bring their food as well (we do offer meals for an additional price). We have many toys your dog can choose from but you can also bring any comfort items for them – small bed, favorite toy, etc. but please bear in mind that your dog or other guests may destroy or ruin them. If your dog is possessive of toys, people, food or bones please notify us so we can make the proper accommodations prior to his/her stay.

Yes, if your dog requires a specific diet or feeding schedule, please bring their food in a labeled container or bag. We can supply a mainstream food for an additional cost of 30 shekel per meal.

If your dog becomes ill or injured, we will notify you immediately and take appropriate action, including seeking veterinary care if necessary.

All dogs must complete an initial temperament evaluation to ensure they are comfortable in a social setting.

We accept all dogs but require you to disclose weather your dog is spayed or neutered so we can make the proper accommodations.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.

Yes, we send daily pictures to keep you updated about how your dog is doing at day care.
